Alessandra Ambrosio recently returned from a lengthy stay in her native Brazil, where she basked in the 'paradise' that is the city of Florianópolis.

But Alessandra Ambrosio appeared happy to be back in California as she embarked on a hike with a male pal and their dogs in Malibu on Thursday afternoon.

The supermodel, 39, flashed her toned midriff in a grey sports bra that coordinated with her scrunched up sweatpants.

Alessandra rocked some Alo Yoga crew socks that she slipped into a pair of off white lace-up sneakers.

The former Victoria's Secret Angel, always known to accessorize, threw on a herringbone chain, a pendant necklace, and decked out her wrists with bracelets.

She styled her brunette hair in a ponytail and shielded herself from the sun with a bright white baseball cap and a pair of gold aviator shades. 

Towards the latter half of her hike, Alessandra removed a grey sweatshirt from her body and fastened it around her waist, in the hopes of cooling off.

Adhering to COVID-19 protocols, Ambrosio kept her photoshoot-worthy face concealed behind a pale pink mask. 

Making sure to stay hydrated, the Brazil native made sure to bring a reusable water bottle. Alessandra's muscly companion rocked a black tee, basketball shorts, and a pair of black trainers.

They each brought their beloved dogs along for the afternoon workout session. Although it is difficult to tell whether this is the same man, Alessandra has been seen hanging out with a salt-and-pepper haired gentleman in recent weeks.

Most recently, Ambrosio was seen holding onto her mystery man's bicep as they enjoyed a post-shopping trip stroll on Tuesday.

Prior to that, the friendly pair were seen dining out together at Nobu Malibu last month. Not seen during either outings was Alessandra's boyfriend, Italian-born Nicolò Oddi.

The couple have not been seen together since their trip to Brazil in December 2020, and last month Alessandra sparked split speculation after she shared several Valentine's Day posts that did not mention him.
