According to the Mirror, reports of the leak have appeared in America, while images from the tape have been circulating on social media.
The newspaper claims there are two videos showing a woman, claimed to be Rose, performing sex acts.
The leak, which is the latest in a long line of privacy breaches for celebrities, has not yet been commented on by Rose.
The Sun Online has approached reps for the star.
Campaigner Rose has become notable of late for taking on sexism in Hollywood and has spoke movingly about body shaming.
